🤝 Respect & Conduct

• Any form of insults, harassment, exploitation, or disrespect will not be tolerated and will result in punishment, regardless of status or reviews.
• Treat everyone with respect.
• No self-promotion or advertising for other servers or services. Violations will result in a permanent ban.
• Selling or offering products/services is only allowed for slot owners.
• Prices are fixed. Begging, bargaining, or deceptive behavior is not tolerated.
• Do not mass mention, spam, or ping staff personally. Please be patient.
• Leaving the server will void any warranty.

💳 Payments

• We only accept PayPal Friends & Family, Bitcoin and Litecoin
• If your PayPal gets limited or blocked after purchase, no refund or replacement will be provided.
• If our supplier scams us, refunds or replacements are not possible.

🔁 Refunds & Replacements

• No refunds – replacements only, and only if we are at fault.
• We strictly follow a no-refund policy.
• If a method gets patched or a tool stops working, no refund or replacement will be given.
• No replacements during official revoke waves.

🛡️ Warranty

Warranty duration depends on the product:

• Spotify Premium – 1 Day
• YouTube / Prime Video / Canva / CapCut Pro FA / ChatGPT / (FA accounts) – 2 days
• Discord Nitro – 1 hour

⚠️ Warranty is void if:

• You change FA account credentials (email/password).
• A Fortnite account gets pullbacked.
• The product is affected by an official revoke wave.

🎥 Replacement Verification

• For replacements (Nitro tokens, promo codes, Microsoft codes), you must provide a screen recording from the start, showing that the code was delivered and invalid.
• No recording = no replacement.

⚠️ Limitations & Liability

• All products are provided for educational purposes only.
• We are not responsible for buyer misuse or illegal actions.
• If a supplier scams us, refunds or replacements cannot be processed.

🧠 Intellectual Property

• Copying our design, text, ToS, messages, or name will result in an immediate ban, which may also be made public.

🔄 Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time without notice.
• Continuing to use this server or purchasing products means you accept the latest version of the ToS.
